Jay is one of the principals of Gateway Advisory, LLC, established in 2010. Prior to forming Gateway Advisory, LLC Jay was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Merrill Lynch. He continues to cultivate his role as Portfolio Manager at Gateway Advisory. He formulates investment strategies and controls portfolio risk and is hands on with evaluating portfolio managers and the selection of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) for our clients. He has over 27 years’ experience in the investment industry.

Jay earned his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics from Villanova University.

Jay is president and investment committee member of FASTACT, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Summit, New Jersey public school system. In his spare time he likes to play golf and work on projects around the house.

Jay is a New Jersey native. He lives in Summit with his wife and 2 children.
